INGREDIENTS: A harmonized blend of Hibiscus, Ashwagandha, Chaste Berry, and a family of other intentional herbs.
SUGGESTED USE: Enjoy 1-2 cups per day, or as needed.
SERVING: 2 oz dried loose leaf blend
STEEPING INSTRUCTIONS: Boil water, add tea sachet, cover, and steep for 8 to 12 minutes.
Another way to make your tea more medicinal is to steep it in a jar overnight and enjoy in the morning at room temperature.
