All orders are made fresh and processed in the order they are received. Typically ships in 7-10 business days, however, you may find small delays during periods of high volume. If you have any questions or experience any issues with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receipt in the contact form (please include your order number with all correspondence).

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. It is our most intentional hope that your products bring you joy and comfort, but due to the nature of herbs, we are unable to accept returns for any items containing dry herbs and/or herbal products. However, if you have any issues or concerns, please email info@bytylerb.com and be sure to include your order number with all correspondence.
