INGREDIENTS: A harmonized blend of Holy Basil, Skullcap, Ashwagandha, and a family of other intentional herbs. Extracted in organic cane alcohol and reverse osmosis water.

NET WT: 1oz | 30 ml
SUGGESTED USE: Take 40-60 drops (2-3 dropperfuls), three times daily. Add to 2-4 oz to water, juice, or tea and enjoy. Best taken between meals. Pair with the Anxiety Relief herbal tea blend for additional benefits to the nervous system.
